Live Auction & Raffle

      If you are not able to sponsor the Kenney Beard Memorial Fund/ Kenney Beard Memorial Car Show, we are also seeking items such as gift cards, gift baskets, event tickets, quilts, signed memorabilia, etc. All items submitted for donation are entered into our Silent Auction, in which all money made from the auctioning of these items is added to our Car Show Event proceeds to give to the LOSS Team. Since the Kenney Beard Memorial Fund is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) or the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), all donations are tax deductible, and a written acknowledgement of donation will be sent to you once we receive your donation. All items submitted for donation are entered into our Silent Auction, in which all money made from the auctioning of these items is added to our Car Show Event proceeds to give to the LOSS Team. 

      Donations are to be mailed to, or received at 8725 Gaines Dr., Fort Worth Texas 76244-5993 no later than Sunday, October 15th, 2022. It is your responsibility to email your logo or name that will be displayed on our website and social media pages to kenneybeardmemorialfund@gmail.com. Each year we hope to make this event larger, and to continue our family's tradition of giving back to those who've helped us, that way, they can continue helping others. This year our goal is to have all expenses paid so that 100% of the registration fees may go to the LOSS Team. Again, thank you for your time and consideration!
