As you may know, a lot of  resources go into planning, promoting, and holding an event of this magnitude. The purpose of this letter is to ask for your help. We are seeking sponsors to support our show with a monetary donation that goes toward deferring the cost of the event. That way, more money can go to the LOSS Team. This year the show is Sunday, October 4th, 2026, from 3-5pm at the DFW Car and Toy Museum. The address is 2550 McMillan Pkwy, Fort Worth Texas 76137. $20 per car to enter the show and spectators are free! All sponsorships are tax deductible.

 

Our four levels of sponsorship are— 

Bronze - $50

Silver - $100

Gold - $250

Platinum - $500

 

In lieu of financial sponsorship, we are also seeking items such as gift cards, gift baskets, event tickets, quilts, and signed memorabilia. All items submitted for donation are entered into our raffles, which in turn help raise funds which are given to the LOSS Team.

We ask that all sponsorships or donations be submitted prior to Friday, October 2nd, 2026.
